Group Order process explained
1. Place your order
Choose your products and complete checkout as usual. All individual orders will be combined into one group order after the order period ends.
2. Logo printing
Custom logo products will be printed after the order period according to the approved logo plan. All costs are included in the price.
3. Free group delivery to the gym
All customized products will be delivered together to the gym within 1–2 weeks after the group order closes.

Group Orders
Can I use gift cards for Team Store orders?
Gift cards issued from our primary online store (gymnationwear.com) are not redeemable in Team Store.
What is a group order?
A group order is a bulk order placed for a gym, team or community. All products are delivered together to one address, typically the gym or the designated contact person.
Please note: Group orders are subject to separate terms and conditions and do not follow the standard webshop terms.
How are group orders delivered?
All group orders are delivered in one shipment directly to the gym or to the address provided by the gym’s contact person.
If logo printing is included, products are first sent to printing and then delivered together in one shipment.
Shipping costs and VAT are always included in the group order pricing.
Is shipping free?
Shipping is always included in group order pricing (if not otherwise stated)!
Is logo printing included?
In most group orders, logo printing is included in the price. The final setup and pricing are always confirmed in advance with the gym’s contact person before the order is opened.
All products in a customized group order are printed uniformly according to the approved print plan. Individual product customization is not available.
One A4-sized logo is typically included in the agreed pricing. It is possible to print a maximum of two logos per product. Any additional logo (max A4 size) is subject to an extra charge of +5.00 € per product, which will be clearly communicated beforehand.
The price shown and paid at checkout includes all agreed costs, including logo printing, shipping, and VAT.
Can I return or exchange customized products?
Customized products do not have the standard right of return or exchange.
If there is a defect in the product, please contact our customer service at info@gymnationwear.com, and we will assist you as soon as possible.
What payment methods are available?
We offer secure payment options at checkout. You can see the full selection of payment methods at the checkout, but here are few of them:
- Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.)
- Klarna (Invoice & installment payments, EUR countries only)
- Online bank payments (Paytrail)
