Group Order process explained
1. Place your order
Shop from the dedicated group collection. Select your products and complete your purchase as usual. All individual orders are grouped together once the order period ends.
2. Logo printing (if applicable)
If logo customization is included in your group order, products will be printed after the order closes according to the approved logo plan. All agreed costs are included in the checkout price.
3. Free joint delivery to the gym
All customized products are delivered together in one shipment to the gym within 1–2 weeks after the group order closes.
Group Orders
A group order is a bulk order placed for a gym, team or community. All products are delivered together to one address, typically the gym or the designated contact person.
Please note: Group orders are subject to separate terms and conditions and do not follow the standard webshop terms.
All group orders are delivered in one shipment directly to the gym or to the address provided by the gym’s contact person.
If logo printing is included, products are first sent to printing and then delivered together in one shipment.
Shipping costs and VAT are always included in the group order pricing.

In most group orders, logo printing is included in the price. The final setup and pricing are always confirmed in advance with the gym’s contact person before the order is opened.
All products in a customized group order are printed uniformly according to the approved print plan. Individual product customization is not available.
One A4-sized logo is typically included in the agreed pricing. It is possible to print a maximum of two logos per product. Any additional logo (max A4 size) is subject to an extra charge of +5.00 € per product, which will be clearly communicated beforehand.
The price shown and paid at checkout includes all agreed costs, including logo printing, shipping, and VAT.
Customized products do not have the standard right of return or exchange.
