Group Order Terms and Conditions

Group orders are not subject to Gymnationwear.com’s general terms of order and delivery. The following terms apply to all group orders.

Payment Methods

We offer the following secure payment methods, from which you can choose the most suitable option at checkout:

  • Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.)
  • Klarna
  • Online banking payments (Paytrail)

Note! Discount codes or gift cards cannot be used for group orders.

Delivery Methods

Group orders are delivered as a bulk shipment directly to the gym or to the address provided by the gym’s contact person.

If logo printing has been selected, the products are first sent to printing and then delivered as a bulk shipment to the gym.

All group order prices always include delivery fees and VAT.

Logo Printing

In customized group orders, all products are printed with a logo. Printing is carried out according to a uniform printing plan approved by the gym’s contact person. Individual products cannot be customized separately.

Group order prices and possible discounts always include one A4-sized logo. The following modifications are subject to an additional fee at the time of ordering:

  • Extra logo (maximum size A4): +5.00 €
  • A maximum of two logos can be printed per product

Note! For tights, we recommend placing the logo below the knee, as the fabric in this area stretches less than in the thigh and therefore lasts longer. At your request, we can print the logo on the thigh, but in this case Gymnation does not take responsibility for the durability of the logo.

Exchange and Return Policy

Customized products do not have a standard exchange or return right. If your product is defective, please contact our customer service by email at info@gymnationwear.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
